Wired on Purpose—A Program for Teens and Parents
This gentle, step-by-step online program is designed for teens with ADHD (ages 12+) who are struggling with school, social interactions, and family life—and for the parents walking alongside them. It offers personalized, evidence-based strategies to help teens build awareness and take practical steps forward in their academics, relationships, and home life.

The program covers three key areas: Schoolwork, Social Interactions, and ADHD at Home & Family Life—each explored from both the teen’s and parent’s perspective to build awareness and take action where it matters most.
What it is:
It’s designed to help both of you:
-
Build awareness of how ADHD shows up in your teens life
-
Create a safe, supportive environment at home
-
Feel more confident and connected with friends and family
-
Learn practical tips and tools together—no judgment, no lectures
-

What it’s not:
-
It’s not a strict or boring course
-
It’s not about “fixing” ADHD—ADHD is not something broken
-
It’s not a one-size-fits-all or judgmental program
-
It won’t compare your teen to other kids or tell them how they “should” be
How it helps:
-
Short, engaging activities made for short attention spans
-
Fun, interactive exercises that spark real conversations
-
For teens: A chance to explore how ADHD affects them socially, and find tools that work
